CNC / Manual Machinist - 410s shift

Set-up, operate, and tend CNC machining operations.

Must be able to read blueprints, do basic math and be mechanically inclined.

Must be able to read calipers and micrometers.

Mount, align, and secure tooling and workpiece on the machine.

Touch off tooling and enter commands into the machine to zero.

Multitask while the machine is operating.

Measure parts or use "go/nogo" gauges for conformance to blueprints.

Enter commands into the machine to compensate for tool wear.

Deburr and clean parts

Maintain and clean equipment and workspace

Use machine shop equipment such as saws, grinders, drill press, manual mill, manual lathe, CNC mill, precision measurement tools (caliper, micrometer)

Other miscellaneous duties as required

Requirements:

2 years experience in metal CNC machine manufacturing

Wage: DOE and negotiable

Shift is Mon - Thur 3:00pm to 1:00am
