Business Specialist / Law Clerk

The candidate will assist our legal team on communication with clients, management of cases, and administrative tasks. In addition, the candidate will engage with formal and informal mentors, participate in seminars and training, and attend a variety of casual social activities to attain a meaningful experience. The candidate will work on litigation and non-litigation matters for clients with various case backgrounds. The position allows you to fully understand the breadth of the firm's practice areas, the opportunities available at the firm, and our expectations of new associates.

Compensation: based on qualification and experience

Qualification:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Bilingual in Chinese is a Must

· Bachelor’s degree or higher

· This position is only available to Business School Graduates, J.D. or LL.M. graduates

· Must have the authorization to work in the U.S. with or without sponsorship.

· Detail-oriented with strong research and writing skills, highly motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment

· Familiarity with Microsoft Suite applications (i.e. Outlook; Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel)
