General labor and/or skilled trades person needed

Small real estate company needs a general labor and/or a skilled trades person- contract work (not an employee)- have a lot of work now, so you could work full time, but part time okay. My current maintenance person has been doing contract work for me for 10 years, but is looking to retire. My previous maintenance person worked for me for about 10 years also.

This job would be good for a retired person or someone looking for extra work- however, must be able to do physical work, including lifting up to 75-100 pounds. Jobs entail anything from demolition and cleaning to digging holes to doing more skilled work (such as framing, drywall, flooring, fencing, etc.) or helping a more skilled contractor.

Pay is usually by the job. However, sometimes hourly makes more sense. Depending on the type of work, you should expect anywhere from $20-25 hour for general labor and $25-$35 hour for more skilled work. You would need reliable transportation and basic tools. I can provide more specialized tools if needed. This is NOT an "under the table" job; you will be paid by a company check for each job and will receive a 1099-NEC at the end of the year.

If English is not your primary language, that is fine, but you would have to know enough English for us to be able to communicate on the job requirements, etc.
