JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team member to manage product and produce inventory, scheduling, delegating daily tasks and assist with product shipping. Task will also include ordering ingredients, pH testing of ferments, as well as making and packaging food and beverages.
Applicant must have previous related experience. Must have a background in knife work and basic food prep skills, be organized, and detailed oriented and thrive in a team environment. Must be able to think ahead and plan weeks in advance.
In general, this role is responsible for making sure our wholesale orders get out on time, our product shelves our stocked with high quality krauts and beverages, and our team is staying efficient and effective.
