General Manager

Job Description

Our industry leading client is in search of aGeneral Manager in the Semiconductor industry to oversee operations of their locations in the Southeastern USA region.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following experience:

• This candidate will use her/his expertise, experience and relationships to lead this effort; we need someone who has a track record of successfully growing business, and understands cost and maximizing gross margins.
• This candidate, will be charged with overseeing quality and compliance.Need someone highly entrepreneurial who knows how to execute.
• Deep understanding of operations, finance, quality assurance, supply chain management, production, health and safety required.
• This is a general management leadership role,so need to be customer focused andheavily sales focused to be able to expand all aspectsof the business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business,or a related discipline, MBA a plus
