Part-Time Receptionist/Office Assistant

We are a busy and well-established patent law firm in Half Moon Bay. This is a part-time position from 10:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and projects as needed
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Place service calls for equipment
- Manage and track firm computer equipment and software
- Assist with offboarding/onboarding equipment
- Coordinate IT needs in-house
Skills:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and able to work efficiently and independently
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Be sufficiently tech savvy to conduct tasks through various software programs and cloud-based services
