Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment is building on that foundation and continuously innovating supply chain solutions. Multi-Channel Fulfillment is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the end-to-end delivery of security, privacy, and compliance projects involving multiple teams across Amazon. This role will require working with business, product, and security teams (AWS and Amazon enterprise) to build and scale business operations supporting the next generation of secure and trusted supply chain solutions.Key job responsibilities

Manage the full life cycle of day-to-day security activities including coordination of strategic and detailed functional plans, communication with key stakeholders, and issue resolution.

Own project status communication and consistently impart clear and concise summaries to leadership/management team and effectively answer in detail.

Apply a variety of qualitative and quantitative risk analysis methods and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions

Work with service owners to develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Manage the build and deployment of new tooling to streamline and automate security-related initiatives.

Support process improvement in security-related projects in coordination with service teams.

Scope, plan, implement and deliver cross-functional security/privacy projects and programs to ensure objectives are met, and collaborate with peers and senior leaders to align with strategic vision and goals

Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple group

Drive, mature, and improve organizational practices and outcomes

Anticipate and remove roadblocks in processes and procedures, and recommending/implementing corrective actions

Lead initiatives aimed at identifying and reducing security risks for Santos and Stores

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

3+ years experience using dashboard tools to present data.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple concurrent cross-functional projects while still delivering timely and accurate results

Proven security knowledge on security governance, risk and compliance

Experience automating complex manual processes and driving tool development.

Ability to identify gaps and deficiencies in processes and procedures and implement corrective actions

Experience with a variety of qualitative and quantitative risk analysis methods

Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction.

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, problem solve, and make decisions in complex situations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

7+ years of program management experience in information technology, security, privacy (GDPR), public sector/highly regulated industries, or advisory work in support of a technical environment

Strong influence skills, with extensive experience of working with virtual teams across functions and geographies and and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment

Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.

Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; demonstrated ability to interact at all corporate levels.

Ability to exercise sound judgment, problem solve, and make decisions in complex situations

Proven ability to take ownership, self-motivated, and deliver results in highly ambiguous environments

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
