BestNotes (BN) is a HIPAA-compliant Customer Relationship Management and Electronic Health Record database system specifically designed for the behavioral health industry. Implementation Specialists become experts on BN software and are able to assist customers with training and support during their implementation.
Employment Type Full time; Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a one hour lunch, two 15 minute breaks.
Compensation Salary; salary depends on experience
Location Twin Falls, Idaho
Reports To Director of Implementation
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Carries out responsibilities in ways that reflect BestNotes core values of Transparency, Empathy, and Creativity.
Protect the integrity, confidentiality and availability of e-PHI that is held or transmitted by BestNotes on behalf of its customers.
Trains clinicians, therapists, executives, and all other staff on how to use BN software
Identifies customer workflow and customizes software to fit specific needs
Communicates new features to clients
Carries caseload of clients
Assists with client retention
Answers technical questions regarding BN software via email, phone, and ticket system
Qualifications Needed
Initiative to learn new technologies
Ability to work closely with clients and with flexible/evolving software requirements
Well developed written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to manage a large caseload
Ability to work independently and on small teams
Knowledge and ability to research/resolve technical challenges
Ability to develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
Typing speed: 50+ WPM
Ability to work with Gmail/Gmail Drive, and LibreOffice
Education
Associate degree or higher in related field preferred (e.g., business, communications, healthcare, behavioral health or other related field)
1-2 years work experience in related field can replace degree
