WHY WORK FOR TICTI?

TICTI has been a leader in trauma therapy since 2002. We have conducted research and provided training in 26 countries. Over the past 15 years, we developed and refined the most robustly research-supported model of intensive trauma therapy available to the public. Clients typically report transformational results immediately, and their gains persist over time—consistent with our research findings.

TICTI’s evidence-based model features the most efficient, effective, and well-tolerated of the research-supported healing methods: Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Progressive Counting (PC), and Flash. The model also employs other evidence-based tools to help clients prepare for the trauma work. The intensive therapy advantage accelerates healing from trauma and loss and improves client outcomes.

We have extensive experience working with people of all ages with diverse cultural backgrounds and trauma histories. We target and treat all trauma and loss experiences including early childhood abuse/neglect; all forms of violence and victimization; intergenerational trauma; cultural traumas; natural disasters and accidents; work-related traumas; and relational traumas including breakups and bereavement.

Our founder, Dr. Ricky Greenwald, is a licensed psychologist who has been a leading researcher and practitioner in the field for over 30 years. He personally provides rigorous training for all TICTI therapists to ensure that our team is well-prepared to facilitate the best possible outcomes for all clients. This makes TICTI one of the most desirable employers for clinicians who want to develop their skills as trauma therapists.
