Monitor F&B areas to ensure adherence to all service standards.

Assist manager to establish and monitor side work duty completion.

Read daily communication sheets from previous shift and prepare one for the following shift. Check floor plan for appropriate coverage.

Check F&B Areas for cleanliness and proper set up.

Communicate daily with manager with regard to special events, house counts, etc.

Assist manager in conducting daily meetings, monthly meetings, menu classes and taste panels.

Train and assist the F&B team.

Requirements for the position:

Flexible availability to work AM, PM Shifts, Holidays and weekends.

At least 1 year of hotel or restaurant F&B Supervisor experience required.

TABC and Food Handler Certification Required.
