Lumberjacks has an immediate opening for an experienced Kitchen Manager.
At Lumberjacks we are driven by our enthusiasm for quality large meals made from scratch and outstanding service. We strive to create an atmosphere of teamwork, hospitality and high standards that is enjoyed by guests and employees alike. We are looking for Cooks who can prepare food and operate equipment in accordance to the standards set by Lumberjacks.
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Managing staff on the line to insure efficiency and streamlining procedures
Help developing recipes and cooking procedures
Ordering and managing Inventory, as well as, controlling food cost
Hiring and Coaching BOH to become efficient and understand our way of preparing and cooking our menu items
Able to work with computer to use as a tool in controlling and recording costs
Maintaining a clean, safe and sanitary work environment
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
To Become A Part of the Lumberjacks Team:
You need to have an understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
Solid references
Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
