The Salesforce Analytics Developer should be comfortable liaising with clients and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions. Strong experience with data architecture and ETL is a mustQualificationsQualifications:

With limited guidance, designs, develops, and implements CRMA solutions for Huron

Identifies, diagnoses, debugs, and resolves issues

Documents and conveys problems, causes, and resolutions through company procedures, user guides, and requirements analysis

Evaluates requirements, independently researches solution needs, limitations, and impacts to ensure design meets all requirements

Understand and apply best practice design principals such as progressive disclosure to build efficient and digestible dashboards

Works closely with the QA team in the testing software and remediation of issues

Experience with all aspects of CRMA including dataflows, recipes, dataset architecture, external connectors, dashboard design, action framework, dashboard embedding, bindings, and SAQL

Experience writing user stories, test scripts, and technical documentation

Strong knowledge of core salesforce functionality including standard reports

Monitor user adoption

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a CRMAand/or Marketing Cloud IntelligenceDeveloper

Experience with Einstein Discovery and/or machine-learning / AI technology

Experience defining business solutions leveraging CRMA

Experience with other BI tools a plus

Working knowledge of SQL a plus

Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules) particularly in the context of CRMA
