Job Description

Looking for a Technician to join the team at Roger's Performance Marine Centerville. We are the local Lund, Bayliner, Heyday, Thunderjet and Godfrey Pontoon dealer, with 3 locations throughout Utah. We specialize in Mercury Outboard and Mercruiser Sterndrive/Inboard products but also service Volvo Penta, Honda Outboards, PCM, Ilmor and Indmar engines. We do a lot of custom electronics using Humminbird, Minn Kota, Cannon and Garmin products. Experience is desirable. We pay a base hourly rate plus commission. Pay is fully dependent on experience. After 60 days you will qualify for Insurance benefits.

Responsibilities

Setup of new product as well as repair and maintenance of product already in the field. This can include installing outboards, accessories, electronics, oil changes, routine maintenance, trailer repair, detailing, occasional lake testing and more.

Qualifications

Experience as a marine technician is a plus.

Basic knowledge of engine function is a must.

Mechanical Aptitude is a must.

Willingness to learn.

Automotive experience will be considered
