$20 to $22 per hour DOE

1 Plus Years Experience Working as a Customer Service Support Specialist in a Troubleshooting Capacity

Previous Warranty Experience a Plus

Experience Utilizing a "Ticketing" System Software Application

Strong Computer Skills including MS Office (Excel/Word)

Accurate Data Entry

Strong Problem Solving Abilities

Mechanically Inclined
