Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Job DescriptionDrive a maintenance transformation; work with maintenance and operations to decrease equipment downtime while moving from a reactive to proactive equipment maintenance model. This will be done by implementing TPM activities throughout the Maintenance Reliability department.Leverage significant interaction and influence with plant leadership to make key technology and maintenance reliability related strategic business decisions for manufacturing & distribution operations.Serve as a member of Ecolabs North America Engineering and Reliability Domain Teams, which coordinate activities in a consistent manner between all plants to achieve improved equipment reliability, manufacturing productivity, and optimized overall asset life cycle costs.Skills and RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline8 years manufacturing engineering experience3 years Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience3 years experience improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)Previous leadership experience Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringMBA or advanced technical degree a plusLean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt certificationExperience with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM)3 years experience working in manufacturing maintenance with lean manufacturing3 years experience supervising maintenance employees in a manufacturing plant3 years experience working with CMMS, SAP or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool3 years experience designing or maintaining building, process, and packaging equipment, using Root Cause Analysis, and managing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
