You’ll be: Operating a variety of tools and equipment to assemble and disassemble products Performing basic and advanced assembly and disassembly operations Identifying and categorizing wear patterns of parts Ensuring conformance to quality specifications using blueprints, gauges, torque measuring devices, and other equipment Assisting in the development of new assembly and disassembly procedures Using precision measuring devices to effectively assemble and/or disassemble final products Training other technicians in various assembly and disassembly operations Assisting the lead person in their absence Performing preventive maintenance as required Performing 5S Audits Performing Safety Stop Audits observations as required Participating in the CI/PID Process Supporting cross-training and various areas of the shop Performing other duties as assignedThis job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have 2 - 4 years of job-related experience in a manufacturing or mechanic environment preferred Possess the ability to deal with multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Have effective oral and written communication skills Have effective decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills Are highly motivated and a self-starterWhat happens next:Once you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
