Professional property management company in search of a skilled maintenance professional to service rental properties in York County (red lion, yoe, dover, Windsor). Must be skilled in plumbing, electric, roofing, carpentry, small equipment operation, HVAC, painting, etc.
Job Description:
Maintaining mobile home parks, self storage, and other residential properties in York County.
Monday-Friday 7 am - 5 pm
Snow removal when needed
Up to 30 hours per year of on call work in addition to snow removal.
Compensation:
$90k + (salary, bonuses, gas / tools / equipment allowance)

Candidate's must have the following:
Work van and necessary tools
10 years experience in plumbing, electric, roofing, hvac, flooring, paint, snow removal etc.
