Customer/Sales support

Our 3rd generation, 45 year, family owned business needs to hire a responsible employee for the following;

Most of the duties include;

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Organize and manage printed orders, ensuring that all items are delivered to the customer on time and to their satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer records and order details in our CRM system.

Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and product information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Warehouse inventory management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.

Order Fulfillment:

Picking of products based on customer orders.

Maintain order accuracy and monitor order completeness.

Shipping and Receiving:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading trucks.

Verify shipments for accuracy and completeness.

Generate shipping labels and documentation as required.

Ensure the warehouse is clean and well-maintained.

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
