Job Description:

Provide preventative maintenance and emergency service to an existing base of customers (Restaurants, Motels, Hotels, Nursing Homes etc.). Preventative Maintenance will be preformed on a regular monthly basis. Emergency service is provided as needed.

Service duties:

· Troubleshoot and repair commercial dish machines.

· Inspect dish machines for proper operation.

· Inspect commercial laundry machines for proper operation.

· Install and repair Detergent Dispensing systems.

· Maintain customer relations through service and timely communications.

· Complete electronic service reports per company requirements.

· Proper care and maintenance of company vehicle, tools and parts.

Position Requirements:

· Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

· Good communication and customer service skills.

· Dependable and able to work independently of other co-workers.

· Mechanically inclined with some electrical and mechanical experience.

· Ability to do some overnight travel in the region.
