In performing these duties, the Administrative Assistant to an Executive will handle confidential materials and documents in a professional and discreet manner, answer and screen telephone calls, maintain calendars and coordinate travel plans and meetings. The Administrative Assistant to an Executive will often make decisions independent of the Executive; is expected to "make it happen".Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Assistant to an Executive will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform their role in a safe, productive, and effective manner.
