Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Established and fast-growing company with great opportunity for advancement!

High end Italian door manufacturer looking for a motivated individual that has experience in the construction industry.

Cabinetry, interior design, and auto cad knowledge is a plus.

Measuring on site.

Ordering materials (laminate, door slabs, hardware), Coordinating Installations, Working with contractors, designers and clients.

Overseeing quality control.

Must be competent in the use of email, Microsoft Excel, and have the ability to learn Project Management Software. Must have the ability to use design software such as AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, etc.

Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).

Have your own reliable transportation.

Schedule: From 7:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)

Ability to take detailed field measurements

Organization

Ability to communicate with clients and subcontractors - English and Spanish

Ability to understand the complete scope of the project

Ability to source and order supplies

Ability to manage work flow

Ability to prioritize

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $950.00 - $1,250.00 per week
