Apply today to learn more and join the team!A Brief OverviewThe Card Strategy & Support Specialist leads department-wide projects and initiatives. The Specialist collaborates with internal departments and external vendors to implement various card and system-related updates and enhancements. This position is responsible for tracking paper and plastic card-related items, providing department leadership with data analytics, as well as documenting new process and enhancements.What you will do
Lead department projects and initiatives
Act as a liaison between vendors, technology, project sponsors, and key stakeholders to facilitate project implementations
Coordinate with internal departments to update internal and external communications when laws, rates, or policies change
Compile and analyze data for recurring and ad-hoc portfolio and regulatory reports
Monitor competitor’s card products and perform internal product gap analysis
Coordinate with software delivery teams to implement enhancements and new features
Complete ongoing inventory management of department paper and plastic items
Document and train department on new processes, policy changes, and other changes
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Understand and comply with all provisions of the Safety in the Workplace policy
Minimum Requirements
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years related experience
Preferred Requirements
Experience in leading projects
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to lead projects
Understanding of card products, policies, and processes
Strong attention to detail
Ability to solve complex problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel), JIRA, and Confluence
Strong analytical skills
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives without degradation in the quality of work produced
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day
Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other rooms
Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights
Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files
Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone
Must be able to exchange accurate information
