Welcome to Rustico! Here, our staff embraces our motto; Fresh, Local, Social. Rustico is an innovative scratch kitchen serving flavorful cuisine in an elevated casual environment. Our menus are updated seasonally to take advantage of fresh and local foods available around us. We draw inspiration from the beautiful property we sit on and welcome guests to enjoy the view from our 2 dining rooms or our covered patio. Our recipes utilize herbs straight from the Rustico Herb Garden in season and we source local ingredients when possible. Our brick oven artisan pizzas feature the best pizza cheese available, fresh toppings and sauces prepared in house. Our staff works hard to ensure top notch hospitality for our guests. We are open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner with our last seating at 8pm weekdays and 8:30pm weekends. As a Cook at Rustico, you will play a key role in our kitchen team, contributing to the creation of mouthwatering dishes that keep our customers coming back for more.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards.

Ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.

Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant setting.

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes.

Team player with excellent communication skills.
