You’ll be: Recording all raw materials used in the batch record Recording all machine operation functions and readings in the batch record Verifying and recording verification on all items that apply in the batch record Adjusting machine function settings to manufacture products meeting customer specifications Identifying when machine functions are not operating properly Assembling and disassembling processing machine parts Effectively cleaning all processing machines and support equipment Operating product testing equipment to ensure product is manufactured to customer specifications Reading and identifying specific product labels Reading and identifying raw material requirements for formulation per batching sheet Operating scales to accurately formulate products for processing Recording all data required in the batch record pertaining to formulation Operating a forklift to transfer finished product within the production and WIP areasThis job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) Have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions Have basic math skills Can lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds (with assistance) Have previous forklift experience preferred Can pass the forklift operation certification exam Have basic computer skills preferredWhat happens next:Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
