LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) flexible hours

Our facility is looking for a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse. The role of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is to function as a Manager of the residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). The hours are flexible and part-time, approximately 15-20 hours a week.

The LPN will arrange and assist with nursing care, medical support to clients and effectively maintains communication with the residents, management, direct support staff, and facility supervisors.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensures the facility is in compliance with federal state and local standards and regulations. maintaining medication recordkeeping, changes and oversight, medical related phone calls, oversee and preform all required documentation, charts and clinical notes.

Qualifications: current Licensed Practical Nursing license in the State of Minnesota required, experience working with mental and physical disabled population, valid Minnesota drivers' license. Computer experience required, including Microsoft applications. High level of compassion, customer service and communication skills to interact with clients, family members and coworkers. Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
