We are seeking a motivated and high energy experienced Front Desk Lead / Patient Coordinator to join our team.
We are a modern, all digital, general dental practice, located in Fairfax, just minutes from I-66. We offer competitive compensation, benefits including 401(k) contribution and a friendly and collaborative work environment. Dental office and working knowledge of Eaglesoft is required.
Responsibilities include:
-Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays.
-General administrative duties, including answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments.
-Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial arrangements.
Requirements:
-Must have a minimum of one year of dental office front desk / patient coordinator experience.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
