About Us:

Local personal coaching service is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Remote Customer Success Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to work from home and earn extra income while helping customers and driving sales.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and driving sales through outreach to potential customers. We provide the necessary training and tools to ensure success in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services to meet those needs

- Build & maintain client relationships

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong customer service and sales skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer management

Payment:

You will be compensated with a competitive base rate, along with commission incentives for meeting or exceeding sales targets. Plus Benefits! The exact payment structure will be discussed during the interview process.
