Inside Sales Specialist Newark, DE Hybrid As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will develop and grow market leads in an effort to drive revenue and expand the product portfolio for the assigned region. Identify and nurture customer relationships, offering tailored product solutions
Analyze markets, segments, and competitors to identify product potential and market positioning
Generate sales through proactive bid delivery, customer outreach, and relationship building
Initiate calls to potential customers, supporting sales budgets by fostering repeat business
Assist in sales planning, utilizing Salesforce for effective documentation and tracking
Develop business plans, aiming to increase market share, and participate in ongoing product knowledge training

You bring:
High School diploma or equivalent + 1.5 years inside sales experience
Knowledge of CRMs and SAP, Salesforce a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strategic Prospecting Skills
Post-Sale Relationship Management
Ability to quickly learn product information
