Grande Krewe Fine Wine and Spirits Part-Time Sales Associate

Grande Krewe is a neighborhood fine wine and spirits retailer in the Marigny devoted to providing our community the best selection and customer service in New Orleans! We’re looking for the perfect part-time sales associate to add to our team. The right candidate must be enthusiastic about wine and spirits and willing to learn more! Invoice processing and inventory management are key aspects of the position.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist customers in making purchases by effectively communicating the characteristics of our wine and spirits inventory

Stock shelves with new inventory and maintain inventory levels on the floor throughout the shift

Assist General Manager in inventory maintenance projects. Print labels, take photographs, and create signage for new products

Make deliveries and handle shipping as necessary

Assist in set-up and break down of tables, chairs, and glassware for in-store and offsite events

Update customer data in mailing list and POS systems

Qualifications

Must have a professional and courteous demeanor and evidence of leadership skills

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be comfortable climbing a small ladder
