This position is located on-site at our construction office in Hudson, MA. What you’ll do…

Oversee all day to day activities of all underground cable construction work.

Prepare daily work assignments for all on-site underground personnel

Organization of work orders and distribution of maps and work orders to the field personnel

Responsible for compliance with all safety regulations including OSHA requirements

Monitor daily activity of all on-site underground personnel

Review work and confirm its completion according to customer specifications

Have the ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, customers as well as state and local officials

Responsible for controlling job costs and overall profitability

QualificationsWho we are looking for…

Extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of Aerial/Underground CATV construction

Working knowledge of engineering work prints, ability to understand and interpret construction documents.

Knowledge of outside plant safety procedures

Ability to direct crews and communicate with teammates and customers

Practical knowledge on Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, Etc

Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required

Ability to think analytically and apply sound judgment, solve problems & make effective decisions

Must be able to work nights and weekends, if necessary

Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Must be able to pass drug, background & MVR screenings
