Through a combination of strategy, expertise and creativity, we help clients accelerate operational, digital and cultural transformation, enabling the change they need to own their future.Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future.Position SummarySenior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.QualificationsQualifications:Qualifications: At least 4 years’ experience with Workday Financials At least 6 years of consulting experience Experience with the deployment or support of Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Workday Financials, including Projects, Contracts, and Billing Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Willingness to travel up to 50%

Workday Certification in one or more of the following; Project Billing, Contracts to Cash, Projects

Experience leading Workday PSA implementations, optimizations, and/or administration of Workday PSA functionality, including design, configure & prototype, testing, and customer confirmation sessions

Experience configuring all aspects of Workday Financials and the related Projects, and Customer Accounts functionality

Experience with leading project or workstream planning and management activities

Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration

Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism

Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project or workstream management and technical dimensions

Excellent time-management and prioritization skills

Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration

Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams

Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies

Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications a plus

The estimated base salary range for this job is $140,000 - $185,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $168,000 - $225,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
