Located in the Portland, Tennessee, area, this Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term contract / temporary in nature.What you get to do every day

Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions

hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

Support, examine, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities Requirements - Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

Good understanding of Tier 2 Support

General familiarity with Operations support

Hands-on experience with Workstation Support

Background working with Remote Support Tools

Adeptness in Network Cabling

Demonstrated knowledge of Network Troubleshooting

Previous experience working with Tier 1 Support

Remote Desktop Support experience highly preferred

Enterprise Applications experience

Technical Support experience highly valued

General familiarity with Network upgrades

Comprehension of Telephone support

Corporate networks experience highly desired

Earlier work involving Support Tickets

Deskside Support experience

Prior experience with hardware & software installation

Demonstrated knowledge of Onsite Support

Knowledge of Audio Visual

Practical knowledge of Provide Technical Support

Adeptness in End-User Support

Foundational knowledge in Basic Network Troubleshooting

Enterprise Infrastructure experience

Enterprise Information Management experience preferred

Experience with User Support

Software Installation experience desired

Practical knowledge of Hp Diagnostics

Strong familiarity with AD Networks

Hardware Installation experience preferred

Enterprise Network experience preferred
