Description Required: Experience with B2C real estate. B2B/CommercialPreferred: Experience with doing short-form copy for social media, Experience setting emails up in something email platform such as MailChimpProject/Details: Support marketing management and teams on simplistic email campaigns, primarily geared towards growing their residential business of possible residents. Support 1-2 emails per week for 8 properties (residential or commercial) that will surround topics like scheduling a tour, two months free campaigns, etc. Help deploy a corporate HR newsletter. Help create and disseminate information on resident events, ad-hoc information, and new offerings within properties. Oversight of organic social media captions & copy, help post social. Will support social for 4 properties.
