Account Rep / Scheduler and Quality Rep/Reviewer Needed

Account Rep: You will be scheduling customer service audits. This is a work-from-home on a contract basis, with flexible hours (rough estimate 20-30 per week depending on skills and experience). Must be well organized and great at multitasking, quick to pick up new tasks, great under pressure, and committed to getting the work done on time no matter the obstacles.

Quality Rep: If you have an excellent ability to proofread and edit content, with strong attention to detail, this may be for you. Strong writing and grammatical skills are a MUST. We need a fast learner with a “can do” attitude. Computer and Internet access at home is required. This is contract work, not a full-time position, and check amounts fluctuate depending on the accounts available each month. Hours are flexible but must be daytime hours.
