· displays an ability to refinish multiple vehicle makes and models

· desires to do fast-paced production work on different daily projects

· has passion to profit MUTUALLY from high quality craftsmanship

· has thorough knowledge of paint technology and related tools of operation

· displays a thorough knowledge of body shop-related hand/power tools

· shows respect for our drug-free workplace and zero tolerance for in-house politics

· has 3+ years experience serving as a high-level painter

· can demonstrate experience with tri-coats and pearls

· takes ownership and pride in performing excellent work

· shows accountability for their mistakes and course-corrects when necessary

· displays a positive attitude and dependable character

· shows up on time and until jobs are completed as scheduled

· is a self-starter who pays absolute attention to detail

· has a strong SAFETY-FIRST mindset

EMPLOYMENT PACKAGE

$25 to $30 an hour, depending on experience and abilities.
