Project Manager for Sign Mfg & Installation Company

Established Sign Manufacturer and Installation company is seeking a professional, experienced, Project Manager possessing at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in the sign industry, or construction industry, to join our team. We need a Project Manager that is ready, willing, and able to learn how we do things and a Project Manager that is also able to jump right in, bringing with them their them own experience and knowledge with the ability to take on customer accounts as soon as possible.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

We need a professional team player to work alongside our General Manager, other Project Managers, etc. Candidate will serve as a primary contact for regional and corporate customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage job activity at multiple job sites.

Confirm product is ordered for each job.

Make sure surveys are initiated and completed.

Make sure permitting is completed in a timely manner.

Field subcontractor negotiations, excellent customer service, and reporting.

Invoicing Customers and keeping accurate records.

Candidate will be responsible for seeing projects through from beginning to end. Previous experience in a fast paced, customer service oriented, project management role, supporting corporate clients is preferred.

Sign or construction Industry experience is a must

Required Qualifications: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience helpful but not mandatory: Corel, Power Point, Square Coil and QuickBooks accounting software.
