Key responsibilities:

-Responsible for accounts receivable including frequent collection calls and necessary research

-Ensure the company’s credit policy and related procedures are complied with

-Work independently on problems within area of responsibility and make related recommendations to management

Identifying, gathering and maintaining records

-Invoice distribution and/or additional administrative tasks assigned

-Ability to manage time wisely including rendering assistance to team members as needed

-Prepare, verify, and process orders for invoicing

-Respond to customer payment questions and concerns

-Outstanding data entry skills

Education and Experience:

-2 years work experience in accounts receivable

-Good analytical and problem solving abilities

-Detail oriented

-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

-Good oral and written communication skills

-Ability to interact with all levels in the organization

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task with the ability to plan and complete work assignments with little supervision
