Description Robert Half seeking a dynamic and organized professional Office Administrator for our client in the construction industry. As the central hub of the office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. If you have a knack for creating an efficient and positive workplace, we want to hear from you. This is a temporary to permanent role in Brooklyn Park, MN.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently.

Gather materials for customers and send contract submittals.

Implement and improve organizational systems to enhance overall efficiency.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Will be responsible for some light accounting and entering invoices.

Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.

Taking customers sample orders.

Communication through inbound calls and emails.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
