ATTENTION: LOOKING FOR A LEADER TO BECOME A OPERATION MANAGER

Junk Smiths Junk Removal and Hauling are looking for some kick ass individuals who aren't afraid of hard work and good money. Junk Removal Team Members carry out the most important tasks for Junk Smiths. They are the face of the organization to our customers. Team Members are expected to arrive on site, clean cut, in uniform, and ready to work. The most important tasks for Junk Removal Team Member's are to truly WOW the customer and ensure they do not damage property. WOWing the customer means going above and beyond the call of duty, working with enthusiasm, tidying up the work area at the conclusion of the job, and working with good speed.

You will start out as a Navigator but will be making Team Leader pay. That is because we expect that within one month you will be able to be a Team Leader. A TEAM LEAD can drive, quote jobs, understand routing, stay on task, communicate well, and operate our invoicing software. If you don't become a TL within one month your pay will be reduced or you'll be let go.

Longevity is not important here at Junk Smiths. If you come in and start performing like a 2 plus year pro you will get paid like a two plus year pro. Top performers on the truck team make $24+ an hour on average (includes hourly, tips, O.T., and bonuses). We treat it like a sports team. Those that perform, score points, and win get paid more. Those that don't get paid less or get cut.

Additional benefits to going above and beyond with customers are tips. Many of our team members make upwards of $400 every pay period in tips.

You will start out as a Navigator. The Navigator assists the Team Leader completing checklists, invoicing jobs, and loading the truck.

What Junk Smiths expects are team members who are able to get into work on time, often times 7:30 to 9 AM, and work hard all the way until the day is done, often times 4 or 6 PM. Team members are expected to be able to work in all kinds of work environments from hot to cold, to dusty to wet, etc. Team members should have the determination to push through difficult jobs or days, which will occur from time to time. Team members should look at a challenging job as "how we will get this done" instead of "there is no way we can do this".

If hard work does not scare you off please reply with your resume. Applicants who provide a personalized message as to why they believe they will be a good fit for Junk Smiths will have a leg up on those that don't. We look forward to seeing your applications.
