A newer start-up company in this area is looking to hire an experienced part-time (full time eventually) office administrator for all normal office and maybe not so normal procedures, also to assist the owner with his personal items. Organization, and memory will be keys factors. Must know and be able to execute all microsoft products, you will be tested. A list of what will be expected but it not limited to this list will be. Organizing, Excel, Outlook, Word, be neat, keep Motor Vehicle files up to date, (there are many) keep all insurance for all vehicles, properties, etc up to date and formatted on a spreadsheets and tied to calendar for renewal and re-quote. run errands, both business and personal, pay invoices and keep logs for payments etc, reminders, help with filing and getting bids for different sub trades, Organized, have a good memory. retrieve mail, pick up medication, be efficient with math, quickbooks skills would be nice, deal with health insurance needs, be thick skinned, reliable, have common sense, have verifiable and contact information for past employers, This is a part-time position to start. Be organized and neat. Be a team player. Show you care and we will reciprocate.
