Clearwater CPA Firm looking for an experienced bookkeeper and Office Manager to work Monday-Friday 9am-3pm
Job Description
Data entry into quickbooks, client billings, client bank reconciliations, preparing quarterly payroll tax forms. Office duties would include answering phone calls, filing and scanning client records. Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision.
Desired Skills Experience of 2+ years in accounting and/or administrative work
Must be highly organized, detail oriented, Must be familiar with Excel, word documents and as a bonus familiar with ATX software
