Janitorial Contract - $2250 monthly (7 days a Wk)

Site # 1 (7 days a week) $1650 monthly / Site #2 (3 days a week) $600 monthly

Daily Floor Maintenance Procedures – (4AM - 7AM Cleaning Window)

a. VCT Floors

i. Daily service is seven (7) days a week

ii. Maintain walk off mat at all entrances

iii. Clean/vacuum inside/outside floor mats and vestibule if applicable

iv. Sweep/dust mop store sales floor

v. VCT floors -Auto-scrub entire sales floor with neutral cleaner/enhancer solution

vi. Burnish sales floor by 6AM (with 4AM start) or 7AM (with a 5AM start) with high speed propane buffer w/appropriate pads

Note: Sprouts recommends starting auto scrub and burnishing in the retail floor meat departments first. Finish in the vitamins/grocery area to avoid conflict with perishable department associates and customers.

vii. Machine work needs to be off the floor and completed by seven (7) A.M. Restroom and detail work can be completed after store opening.

viii. Wipe down baseboards/columns and detail all edges and corners

ix. Clean break room and office area floors

x. Clean and disinfect bathroom floors, fixtures, mirrors & partitions last

a. Provider will utilize their own chemicals for the bathroom cleaning (discuss)

b. Polished Concrete floors (unfinished)

i. Daily service is seven (7) days a week, a minimum of four (4) hours concrete floors. It will be at the discretion of the store manager which days and times service will take place.

ii. Maintain walk off mat at all entrances

iii. Clean/vacuum inside/outside floor mats and vestibule if applicable

iv. Sweep/dust mop store sales floor

v. Auto-scrub floors daily utilizing a diamond pad

vi. Two or three days a week (non-consecutively Auto-scrub floors utilizing red pad, & with mop, removing residual water trail marks from squeegee (important) and all edges.

vii. Burnish sales floor daily by 6AM (with 4AM start) or 7AM( with a 5AM start) with high speed propane buffer w/appropriate pads.

a. Acidic or caustic cleaners

b. Treated dust mops or sweeping compounds

c. Bleach or any acidic/harsh chemicals

d. Aggressive scrubbing brushes

e. Caustic detergents containing hydroxides or sulphate
