Live in House Manager, Keeper, Caregiver & Driver Needed

Non for Profit needs a live in house manager to:

-Monitor/track & record tenants duties

-Assist with upkeep of property

-Drive tenants to doctors, groceries, store, etc

-Performance evaluation & promotion possibilities will be reviewed in 180days

-Must be experienced driving 15 passenger van

-Must have clean license, or in process of obtaining license within 30days

-No Smoking

-No Alcohol

Property is in Gwinnett County, GA. Relocation assistance and reimbursement will be evaluated on a case by case basis

Room and Board is Free. Clean residential property with new updates and furnishings.
