Cinnabon Specialist: Create delicious Cinnabon treats as a skilled product specialist, serving as a talented Cinnabon drink Barista, and delight customers with delectable product samples when needed.

Self-Starter: Understanding the needs of each day and being prepared to be self-sustaining.

Exemplary Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by warmly greeting each customer and employing effective upselling techniques. Ensure attractive display of grab-and-go items.

Physical Requirements

The job requires repetitive standing, walking, handling, and reaching horizontally. It also involves frequent reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. (All activities could have up to 50lbs involved).

Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
