212 Meal Prep is looking for someone with kitchen experience and able to work 10-12 hour days. We are located off of Hwy 544 in Conway in the Coastal Commons Plaza. We operate on Thursday, Friday and Saturday of each week. There may also be some opportunity for Sunday as well but the position will get anywhere from 35-50 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime when needed.

Thursday we operate from 8am-6pm

Friday we operate from 6am-7pm

Saturday we operate from 6am-until the weeks meals are completed

We are looking for someone who is hard working, able to work on their feet for 10-12 hours a day and is willing to learn and work in a team environment. We are a family owned business operating for the past 7 years and are continuing to grow each year. We treat our staff as family and are looking for someone who wants to create a career within our company and not just treat it as a job. There is unlimited potential for growth and we are looking for someone that can not only work hard, but contribute to our operation and be a team player in all areas.

Starting pay is between $15-$20 an hour depending on experience with opportunity to exceed that pay through consistency and performance.

We work as a team and everyone is expected to chip in with all tasks. Day to day tasks vary from cleaning protein, cooking, plating meals within our walk in cooler, cleaning, etc. We want someone that has experience in the kitchen but is also willing to learn in other areas of our operation. We plate all of our meals in a walk in cooler that stays under 38 degrees at all times so must be able and willing to work in a cooler for several hours at a time.

This is different then a normal restaurant, we are cooking in volume and preparing made to order dishes each week. There are no tickets or customers to handle while cooking but we are on a timeline each weekend and it is a high pace work environment.
