Job DescriptionIT Project Lead ? Technology- manages the execution of technology projects and mobilizations in WorkPlace Experience Group from approval through transition to support. This position has the responsibility of delivering the solution as defined and approved. The Project Manager - Deployment also has responsibility for monitoring projects? cost and schedule to meet or exceed the expectations of the client. The role also acts as a liaison to the business or client for Aramark in collaboration with senior members of the business to deliver on the business? tech strategy.? This position values diversity by working effectively with people from different viewpoints and backgrounds ? Leading the team without Formal Authority. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are critical. Previous experience with Retail Technology, Point of Sale Systems, LAN/WAN solutions is highly desired.Job Responsibilities

Updating standard project plans as needed and based on timeline, monitoring project critical path and risk

Assessing project risk and escalating to client/leadership, etc. and mitigating as needed

Ensure standards are met for PCI, Security, Banking, etc.

Participate in the project team assembly and manage the activities of a cross-functional project team to insure on-time execution of all implementation activities

Lead project team members and field required to deliver scope - manage without formal authority, hold team accountable to checklists, tasks, etc.

Reviews and maintains documents and tools to ensure consistency with master plans

Monitors any construction or infrastructure activities to ensure budget compliance and assess risk

Coordination of project close-out activities

Maintains any department administrative procedures and reports as requested

Assists the leadership team in preparation of materials and content for various senior level meetings and presentations

Ability to manage multiple projects, with multiple timelines.

Participate in technical and functional training classes as necessary or required

Complete product documentation of a new or proposed system, front line training guides, and support knowledge articles

Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the role

Qualifications

Bachelor?s Degree in hospitality, information technology or related discipline with 3-5 years of professional experience required, preferably within the foodservice industry.

Previous experience in infrastructure deployment, system deployment, go-live support, quality assurance or similar role preferred

Strong oral, written communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate at all levels within the organization

Experience in IT strategy and execution, systems design, configuration, and deployment

Experience in Hospitality, Sports, Retail, Restaurant (Casual Dining, Fast Casual or QSR), or other consumer-facing industry.

Experience in project management, business process analysis, or advanced business intelligence or analytics.

Experience creating Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules, and associated project materials

Previous experience in system deployment, go-live support, quality assurance or similar role preferred

Strong oral, and written communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.

PMP or similar certification, a plus
