Construction superintendent/foreman wanted

looking for a motivated local operator to run a small commercial project in downtown Morro Bay for 4-5 months starting in April. Seeking someone with experience, layout skills , an understanding of sub trades and interpreting plans/specs required for running work. must have a valid driver’s license and your own means of transportation.
