Lead Landscaper - $1000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Scope

The Lead Landscape Tech is a full-time position with Shea Properties (Shea), D/B/A Tech Center Maintenance (TCM), responsible for assisting managers and supervisors in coordinating projects, crews the execution and delivery of high-quality services associated with landscape maintenance activities, and special projects within the assigned portfolio. The Lead Landscape Tech is expected to provide leadership while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure a safe and fun work environment is promoted. The pay range for this position is $20.25 to $24.00/hour and the Lead Landscape Tech also eligible to participate in the snow incentive program and discretionary annual bonus plan. Technical/Professional Knowledge & Abilities (Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience)

Minimum 1 year applicable landscape experience.

Must possess positive and effective communication skills.

Landscape industry or related certified designation or similar training is highly desirable.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and a good driving record.
