We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to oversee daily administrative operations at our company.
Duties
-Oversee all accounting functions
-Oversee all human resource functions
-Oversee purchasing functions
-Review insurance needs and risk assessments
-Maintain insurance records
-Develop, document and implement company procedures as needed
-Hire and evaluate subordinate staff and needs
Requirements
-Proven experience in role or relevant role
-Complete understanding of accounting principles
-Complete understanding of business principles
-Complete understanding of Human Resource
-Proficient in Microsoft Word
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-Proficient in QuickBooks
-Working knowledge of computer systems
-Ability to problem solve and develop policy
-Effective written and verbal communication
-Pay based on experience
