Recruiter

Description:Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting of candidates for hiring. All recruited positions will be for skill trades and office staff. Must be able to manage and fulfill job orders. Update the candidate tracker system, ability to send hiring managers screened candidates with notes, assisting with interviewing of candidates, meet with hiring managers to ensure all hiring is supported. Assist and conduct career fairs within region, participate and coordinate company meetings. Ability to collaborate with trade schools to help attract and retain talent.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in marketing or related field. 2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
